What Is the NexusGyms Client App?

It’s a lightweight, mobile-optimized web app your clients use to:

  • View their upcoming sessions
  • Receive messages from you
  • Access onboarding resources
  • Track goals or custom metrics
  • Make payments (if enabled)

How to Invite Clients

  1. Go to the Clients tab
  2. Click Add Client → fill in name + email
  3. The client receives an invite link via email or SMS
  4. They log in and instantly see your branding and their session info

Client App Features

  • 📅 Sessions Tab — All upcoming sessions with times + location
  • 💬 Messages — View automated and manual messages
  • 🧾 Payments — If enabled, pay via Stripe or direct transfer
  • 🧠 Resources — View guides, checklists, or links you’ve shared
  • 📈 Goals — Optional progress tracking for accountability

Customizing the Client Experience

You can:

  • Upload a welcome message or video
  • Set default workflows to auto-message new clients
  • Assign goals manually to track client progress

FAQs and Support

Clients don’t need to download anything — the app works via a secure web link. If they lose access, just click “Resend Link” from their profile in your dashboard.
