Track sessions, notes, payments, and communication history — all in one place. This guide shows you how to manage every client efficiently inside NexusGyms.

Why Proper Client Management Matters

As your business grows, keeping track of client details manually becomes impossible. NexusGyms gives you one clean hub to manage everything: sessions, payments, messages, and notes.

Key Features in the Clients Tab

Profile Overview — Name, contact info, and status

  • Session History — Past + upcoming sessions
  • Payment Log — Paid, pending, and overdue
  • Notes Section — Track injuries, preferences, progress
  • Automation Status — View which workflows are active

How to Add or Edit Clients

  1. Go to Clients
  2. Click Add Client or select one to edit
  3. Update name, email, and custom tags
  4. Assign onboarding workflows if needed

Viewing and Updating Client Info

Click into any client profile to:

  • Check payment or session status
  • Add notes or goal progress
