Step 1: Set Up Your Trainer Account
Once you sign up, head to your Settings tab. From there:
- Add your profile details
- Connect your payment method (e.g. Stripe)
- Set your location, session types, and availability
Step 2: Invite Your First Client
Click “Clients” → “Add Client” and enter their name and email.
They’ll automatically get an invite to the Nexus client app.
You can also bulk-import existing clients via CSV if needed.
Step 3: Launch Your First Workflow
Use a prebuilt automation like:
- New Client Welcome Message
- Missed Session Follow-up
- Payment Reminder (24h)
From the Workflows tab, click “Create New”, select a trigger (e.g. “Client Added”), and define the action (e.g. “Send Message”).
