How to Configure Your Account Settings in NexusGyms

Set up your trainer profile, connect payments, and personalize your settings inside NexusGyms. This guide walks you through every key config.

Trainer Profile Setup

To appear professional to your clients, keep your profile complete. Go to Settings → Profile and:

  • Upload a profile image
  • Add your name, business name, and short bio
  • Set your time zone and contact email

Session & Availability Settings

Set your available days and hours under Session Settings:

  • Define your default session length (e.g. 30, 45, 60 mins)
  • Mark your unavailable times (e.g. lunch breaks, days off)
  • Set how far in advance clients can book

Payment Integration

To accept payments, connect Stripe in Settings → Payments.
You’ll be prompted to:

  • Link your business or personal bank account
  • Define session pricing
  • Enable auto-invoicing if desired

Notifications & Messaging Preferences

  • Whether to receive email or in-app alerts
  • Auto-send receipts to clients
  • Enable smart message delays to avoid late-night texts

Privacy & Access Control

Control how much info clients can see in their app:

  • Enable/disable progress tracking
  • Show or hide pricing per session
  • Control cancellation window policy

Use default message templates, welcome flows, and session types to save time — they can all be customized later.
