How to Create an Automated Message Flow

  • Go to the Workflows tab
  • Click New Workflow
  • Choose a Trigger like:
  • “Session Missed”
  • “Client Added”
  • “No activity for 14 days”
  • Choose Action: Send Message
  • Type your message or choose a template
  • Click Activate

"Hey {{ client_name }}, missed you at today’s session! Let me know if you want to reschedule, or I’ll see you next time."

Tips for Better Engagement

  • Use the client’s name ({{ client_name }})
  • Keep messages short and friendly
  • Use follow-ups for inactive clients after 2–3 weeks
