How to Create an Automated Message Flow
- Go to the Workflows tab
- Click New Workflow
- Choose a Trigger like:
- “Session Missed”
- “Client Added”
- “No activity for 14 days”
- Choose Action: Send Message
- Type your message or choose a template
- Click Activate

"Hey {{ client_name }}, missed you at today’s session! Let me know if you want to reschedule, or I’ll see you next time."
Tips for Better Engagement
- Use the client’s name ({{ client_name }})
- Keep messages short and friendly
- Use follow-ups for inactive clients after 2–3 weeks
